Creamy Tomato Pasta

1 can diced tomatoes or 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
8 ounces penne pasta
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried basil
3/4 cup whipping cream


Cook tomatoes on med high heat 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add whipping cream and basil. Toss with cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.

Pair this lovely but easy dish with a salad and some garlic bread and walla!!
